Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Tyberiana! We ship all of our orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

Processing and Delivery Times

Order processing typically takes 7-10 business days for destinations within the United States. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. In addition, circumstances beyond our control such as nationwide or global shipping delays, holidays, inclement weather, or carrier disruptions may affect your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving your tracking number.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Tyberiana is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or VAT charges that may be incurred during or after shipping. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
