Minimum Order Quantity: Bulk trade pricing requires a minimum order of 10 books. Orders of fewer than 10 copies will be fulfilled at the standard retail price of $19.99 per book.
Trade Discount: A 30% trade discount is applied to all qualifying school and institutional orders. The discounted per-book price is $13.99. This discount is non-transferable and valid for educational institutions only.
Purchase Orders: Purchase orders are accepted from accredited public and private K–12 schools and school districts. POs must be submitted on official school letterhead or through this form. Payment is due within net 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for damaged or defective copies only. Books must be in original condition. No returns accepted on opened or used copies. All approved returns must be pre-authorized in writing.
Shipping: Standard shipping is typically fulfilled within 5–10 business days. Orders over 100 books may qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Tyberiana, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions.
Tax-Exempt Orders: If your institution is tax-exempt, please include a copy of your tax-exempt certificate with your order. Tax-exempt status must be verified before exemption is applied to your invoice.
