Tyberiana, LLC, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to not infringe on any person's owner's copyright through the service we offer on our website. School Events and Speaking Engagements: Tybre’ana, the author is interested in participating in school visits, engagements and programs designed to support educational institutions, not only for the purpose to promote debut books and yet to participate in interactive engagement by reading to students as a learning initiative. Other speaking engagements may include workshops, events, luncheons, television appearances, podcasts to promote the books, resources, and the brand.

Product Types: Our offerings include both physical products such as books, candles, slime, merchandise, and educational digital downloads. All digital downloads are non-refundable once the purchase is complete.
Product Availability: Currently all products are available for pre-orders and subject to availability. We are planning for items to be shipped on and about the book release date in May 2026. In the rare case that a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative product options.
Product Pricing: Prices listed on the website are in USA dollars and some in Canadian currency. However, prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees, taxes, and other charges may apply.
Ordering and Payment
Ordering Disclaimer: Tyberiana, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order under certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the use of improper or suspicious payment methods. We also retain the right to limit the number of orders, or prohibit or cancel orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior consent and coordination.
Tyberiana, LLC encourages partnerships with bookstores, academic institutions, school systems, and other small businesses. For bulk purchases, the business’s buyer must create an account by coordinating with our customer service team to enter into a contractual agreement, complete a requisition form, and submit advance payment. Shipping will only occur after confirmation of payment receipt, as per our policy.
As a customer, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, current mailing address, billing information, valid credit card number, security code, and expiration date. In addition, the order processing requires a valid email address and mobile phone number to ensure that an order confirmation can be sent upon transaction completion. Please note that we may cancel an order due to insufficient funds or incomplete or inaccurate information provided during the checkout process.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms the details of your purchase, including the product(s), price, shipping address, and estimated delivery time.
