RETURN POLICY

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges for products that were damaged during transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • A screenshot of your order confirmation email and/or receipt

Once we receive your email, we will respond promptly and arrange a replacement. If a replacement item is unavailable (e.g., limited edition items or collections), we will issue a full refund of the retail price.
